Welcome to our Vendor Registration Page

We will be confirming vendors for our show over the next 3-4 weeks. Currently, we're simply taking registrations to ensure you HOLD a place in the Expo. Our goal is to accommodate as many vendors as possible without overcrowding the venue so therefore, we will be limiting the total number of Vendors that participate. Once our registration process closes, we will be accepting registrations in the order in which they registered. If a vendor that pre-registers for a category ultimately decides they do not want to exhibit, we will offer the spot to the next company on the list.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 15th.

This registration process is to hold a spot for you to exhibit at the Bayou Haven Bridal Expo on Sunday, April 28, 2019.

There's a $20 registration fee to sign-up to participate. If confirmed, this fee is applied to the cost of your booth rental.

Once we get a firm grasp on the number of vendors that wish to participate, we will finalize the layout and let you know if we were able to accommodate your requests. If we cannot, your registration fee will be returned in full. Vendors will be accepted in the order in which they register.

Our goal is to accommodate as many vendors as possible without overcrowding the venue!

If you get confirmed, you will get a notification email to come back online to pay your remaining balance and you will have 10 days to do so. At that time, if you do not pay and confirm your registration, your spot will be released to the next vendor on our registration list and your registration fee will be forfeited.

Each exhibitor will be required to give a door prize of at least $75 in value to be raffled off and announced during the Expo.

Exhibitors will receive a list of the registered brides from the event.

Booth prices include the space and 1-2 chairs. To keep prices down, tables are optional and can be added during registration.

The Barrel Booth serves as the tabletop in this booth selection and therefore, does not include a separate table. One chair is allowed next to our Barrel Booths.

Exhibitors will receive a list of the registered brides from the event. This list of registered Brides is for our participating vendor's private use only and may not be sold, reproduced in any form, or distributed to third parties. Please indicate your acceptance of this policy below:
